Do unused image or word credits roll over?

On the Free plan, credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Pro users enjoy unlimited output so rollover is not applicable. Enterprise plans can negotiate custom credit structures with their account manager.

What does "Annual billing" mean in practice?
